The Jaguars lead the series against the Ravens 13-11-0 since the teams first met in 1996.
At 4-1, Jacksonville looks in good shape for a competitive midseason bout against one of the AFC's most dominant teams. Baltimore is also 4-1 and beat the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Night Football without quarterback Lamar Jackson, who was out with an ankle injury.
The last time the two teams met, Jacksonville was largely uncompetitive, and quarterback Trevor Lawrence suffered a concussion in the fourth quarter on Sunday Night Football. The Jaguars lost 23-7.
Still, it wasn't Lawrence's first time facing Baltimore. In 2022, the Jaguars' signal caller led a comeback win, 28-27, over the Ravens. The game was part of the team's run to win the AFC South that year.
Week 9's Thursday Night game will mark head coach Liam Coen's first night-time, prime-time matchup. The team has been aired nationally primarily during their stints in London.
Jacksonville will take on the Houston Texans (1-4) on Sunday in Week 6 before a Week 7 BYE. They return home to face the Indianapolis Colts in Week 8, then play the Ravens a few days later.
