Heading into 2026, only Patrick Mahomes (eight years, $504.75 million) and Josh Allen (six years, $330 million) have surpassed Lawrence's total contract.
Meanwhile, only Mahomes ($64 million) and Dak Prescott ($60 million) have overtaken Lawrence in annual salary. Allen and Jordan Love have deals that equal Lawrence and Burrow's $55 million annually.
The top 12 largest overall contracts currently in the NFL belong to quarterbacks.
Myles Garrett's five-year, $208.2 million is 13th-largest.

With the NFL being a salary cap sport, there's generally not a lot of room to sign other players to big contracts when so much goes to the quarterback.
However, plenty of players still get their bag. In the case of the Jaguars, the next two highest-paid players are on the defense.

Career: Meyers came to the Jaguars via trade from Las Vegas after seven games with the Raiders in 2025. He had 483 yards receiving and three touchdowns in nine games with the Jaguars. For his career, Meyers has 5,427 yards receiving with 23 touchdowns. Meyers signed with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2019, staying in New England for four years before playing the next two-plus seasons for the Raiders.
5. Cole Van Lanen, Guard (RT)
