The Jacksonville Jaguars have found a replacement for defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton, who served as the team's long snapper for most of Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles in London.
Jaguars head coach Liam Coen said Monday that the long snapper was arriving shortly, and he's now at The Grove with the rest of the team.
Long snapper news: The #Jaguars are signing NFL veteran LS Jacob Bobenmoyer as their new long snapper, which means DT DaVon Hamilton can return to his day job. He’s already flown to London.

According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, the Jaguars will sign veteran long snapper Jacob Bobenmoyer, while typical starting long snapper Ross
Matiscik recovers from a shoulder injury sustained in the first quarter against Philly.
Who is long snapper Jacob Bobenmoyer, Ross Matiscik's replacement?
Bobenmoyer, 29, has spent seven years in the NFL with two teams: the Denver Broncos (2019-2022) and the Las Vegas Raiders (2023-2025). Bobenmoyer has played 97 games, recording 22 tackles and 1 fumble recovery.
Jacksonville is currently overseas in London as it prepares to play its second of two matchups across the pond. The Jaguars will take on the Houston Texans in Week 6. According to Rapoport, Bobenmoyer has already flown to London.

Hamilton stepped in for Jacksonville after Matiscik was injured. Teams typically carry only one long snapper on their 53-man roster or practice squad. Sunday's win marked the second time Hamilton served as the team's long snapper after Matiscik's injury.
Hamilton helped set up Cam Little's game-winning 57-yard field goal. Although Hamilton's snap was high, punter Logan Cooke got the ball down quickly, giving Little time to boot it through the uprights.
The Jaguars won in the final seconds against the Eagles, 19-17.
The Jaguars (4-1) will face off against the Texans in Week 6 at Wembley Stadium as they look to bury their division rival. The Texans are currently 1-4 after netting their first win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 5.
