The Jacksonville Jaguars make their annual trip to London for a pair of NFL regular season games, starting on Sunday, Oct. 11 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Jaguars, fresh off the win in Cincinnati to improve to 3-1, will "host" the Philadelphia Eagles, who limp into Week 5 at 2-2 after falling at home to the Los Angeles Rams.
And by limping, we mean literally. Eagles star running back Saquon Barkley suffered a hamstring injury during the loss to the Rams. Offensive lineman Lane Johnson missed the Rams game due to personal issues, wide receiver DeVonta Smith did not play with a hamstring injury and former Jaguars running back Tank Bigsby was placed on injured reserve with a core injury.
Those injuries, along with how well the Jaguars have played
this season, is likely why BetMGM has Jacksonville as a seven-point favorite as of Oct. 6.

Jaguars vs Eagles prediction
While there may be a sense of Lucy pulling the football from Charlie Brown historically speaking, the Jaguars are for real. They are top-12 in the NFL in both rushing yards and points per game. And while Jacksonville is the second-best team in the league against the run, the Eagles are in the bottom half in that category. Expect the Jaguars to control the clock and, if they continue to lead the NFL in turnover margin, control the ball.
Prediction: Jaguars 24, Eagles 17
