Preseason football is officially here for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Jags begin their 32nd NFL preseason against the New Orleans Saints, the first of three exhibition games and the only one on the road. Kickoff will be 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15 inside the Superdome.
Quarterback Trevor Lawrence is coming off his best season to date for the Jaguars, throwing for 4,007 yards and 29 touchdowns in his fifth year in Jacksonville, but ... as it stands, fans will only see Lawrence as he looks on from the sideline. Head coach Liam Coen has already said that numerous Jaguars regulars will be rested for the preseason opener.
