Jacksonville Jaguars long snapper Ross Matiscik is questionable to return against the Eagles with a shoulder injury, per the team.
Matiscik, a multi-time All Pro and Pro Bowler, was not in on Jacksonville's extra point after Parker Washington's 51-yard touchdown reception. Defensive tackle Davon Hamilton, who has filled in for Matiscik before
, was in and also was the long snapper for Jacksonville's punt in the first quarter.Matiscik has a streak of 755 consecutive good snaps on punts, field goal attempts and conversion attempts without a bad snap, covering his entire NFL career since he was a rookie in 2020.
That doesn't include the four snaps Hamilton had during a 2025 game
against the Tennessee Titans where he stepped in to handle long snapping duties.
Hamilton was a long snapper in high school and has lobbied to take on some long snapping responsibilities in the past. He's got his shot again as the Jaguars try to manage without Matiscik in London.
