Jacksonville Jaguars two-way star Travis Hunter didn't have a follow-up hit on Aug. 3 to his sensational practice of the day before at the Miller Electric Center.
Instead, it was just another day at the office as the Jaguars donned full pads for the first time in the preeason for the Day 5 in training camp.
Hunter was split almost evenly between offense and defense and did not make a catch, nor did he get his hands on a pass while playing cornerback.
The closest he came was during an 11-on-11 period when Nick Mullens threw incomplete down the left sideline. Hunter seemed to have cut his route short and when he trotted back, he tapped himself on the chest as if to say, "my fault."
On the final 11-on-11 period, Hunter was playing defense and appeared
to have leverage on a running play by Deejay Dallas. However, Hunter didn't take the best angle and Dallas was able to turn the corner for a few extra yards.
Hunter was the Sunday star
Hunter was coming off an impressive practice on Sunday, Aug. 2, when he caught a pass down the sideline with former Colorado teammate Preston Hodge holding, and then made his first camp interception in two years when he picked off Mullens on a throw intended for tight end Quintin Morris.

Perhaps Hunter's big-play instincts will be stronger on Sundays all the time.
