If you love where you work, there is still time to nominate it as a Top Workplace in metro Jacksonville.
This is the fifth year The Florida Times-Union and jacksonville.com will shine a spotlight on outstanding workplaces in the region, as viewed by workers. Any organization with 35 or more employees in the region is eligible to seek a Top Workplaces award. Companies will be honored in February 2027.
The nomination deadline has been extended to Sept 18. Participating employers can be public, private, non-profit, a school, or even a government agency. To nominate an employer or for more information on the awards, just go to jacksonville.com/nominate or call (904) 309-9918.
There is no cost to participate. To qualify as a Jacksonville Top Workplace,
employees evaluate their workplace using a 26-question survey that takes just a few minutes to complete. Companies will be surveyed through mid-October.
Energage, the Pennsylvania-based research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 70 markets nationwide and surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the past year.
For the 2026 awards, 49 metro Jacksonville employers earned recognition as Top Workplaces.
