Second-year wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter stole the show during Day 4 of the Jacksonville Jaguars' training camp on Aug. 2 at the Miller Electric Center.
His workload was a bit more than what he's had in camp in the first three days, and he responded by turning in two highlight-reel plays to the delight of the fans in attendance.
After catching one pass on a crossing pattern from Trevor Lawrence in his first 11-on-11 period, and a routine showing in a 7-on-7 period, Hunter unleashed his skills during the next 11-on-11 period, with two plays in particular coming within five snaps.

- Playing cornerback, Hunter stepped in front of tight end Quintin Morris, wrested the ball from his arms, and controlled it as he fell to the ground. Quarterback Nick Mullens threw into coverage but it was still a skillful play by Hunter in getting what is believed to be his first interception in a team period in a training camp over the past two seasons.
- Hunter was on defense four plays later and ran a deep route down the right sideline. As he got open, cornerback Preston Hodge (Hunter's former teammate at Colorado) grabbed a fistful of Hunter's jersey and never let go. Lawrence threw the ball and Hunter gathered it in anyway, despite his former teammate's obvious holding.
Hunter was involved in another play during the final 11-on-11 period of the day, but he lost this one. Mullens hit rookie CJ Williams on a corner route for a 20-yard
touchdown, with Hunter trailing by a step-and-a-half.
How many snaps did Travis Hunter play?
Hunter had seven offensive plays and 10 defensive plays during 11-on-11 periods. He had two offensive plays and one defensive play in the Jags' only 7-on-7 period of the day.

For the first four practices, Hunter has 22 offensive snaps and 34 defensive snaps in 11-on-11 and five offensive snaps and seven defensive snaps in 7-on-7. That brings his total to 27 on offense and 41 on defense.
Hunter has caught three passes, broken up three and intercepted one.
