Kelly Moorman Coggins, president and executive director of Hart Felt Ministries, will step down in April after 12 years.
Director of operations Tracy Kelly will succeed Coggins as leader of the nonprofit
that enlists volunteers to help Jacksonville-area seniors.
During Coggins' tenure, Hart Felt's budget increased from $108,600 to nearly $1.3 million in 2025. Two new initiatives were also introduced — The Hart Fund helps seniors overcome obstacles such as financial emergencies, and a transportation program provides rides to doctors’ appointments, among other things.
Coggins said she plans to semi-retire, working as a contractor handling Hart Felt's finances. "Being a part of Hart Felt has been one of the greatest privileges of my life," she said.
