A Bristol Township man is facing multiple felony charges for allegedly assaulting a man including hitting him with a baseball bat.
The attack occurred in late February outside a home on Golden Gate Road in the Golden Ridge section of Levittown when a man reported he was attacked by two men after visiting a home.
The victim alleged he was attempting to leave in his vehicle when he was confronted by Gary Hoshorian, 39, and another unidentified man, according to a probable cause affidavit. The affidavit did not say if the victim and Hoshorian knew each other or what the confrontation was about.

The victim alleged that Hoshorian punched the driver’s side window
repeatedly until it broke. The victim told police he got out of his vehicle and he was hit on the side of his face with a rock causing him to fall.
While on the ground the victim alleges Hoshorian and the other man struck him and Horshorian retrieved a baseball bat and struck the victim multiple times on his body, the affidavit said.
The victim managed to get back into his vehicle, but as he was driving away, he alleged Hoshorian threw rock at his front windshield.
Hoshorian was arraigned Oct. 10 before District Judge Brian Marriott on two felony counts of aggravated assault and two felony counts of conspiracy and 18 related misdemeanors.
He was transferred to Bucks County Correctional Center in lieu of $35,000 bail, and had no legal representation as of Oct. 13, according to the public court docket.
