Plans to bring a new a coffeeshop to the Horizon Corporate Center will be moving forward.
On Tuesday, Bensalem Township supervisors voted unanimously at the Aug. 24 board meeting to approve preliminary and final land development plans for a 7 Brew coffeeshop to repurpose the former Wells Fargo on Horizon Boulevard in Trevose across from Epicor Software.
Submitted by franchisee owners, Zach and Shunori Rosskam, the application outlined plans to make minor improvements to the 4,600-square-foot bank building, including a reduction to the existing drive-thru from five lanes to three, changes to the exterior color and new signage. No waivers or variances were requested.
7 Brew, a drive-thru coffee franchise based in Arkansas, is a beverage-focused brand
with a menu that features a large selection of customizable coffee, energy drinks, fizz soda, teas, lemonade, smoothies and shakes.

There are currently more than 700 stores across 38 states, including 17 in Pennsylvania.
Once open, 7 Brew will join several other food and beverage retailers along Horizon Boulevard including Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Raising Cane’s, Cracker Barrel, Red Robin, McDonald’s, Panda Express and Chipotle.
The Rosskams are also in the process of developing another 7 Brew location in Lower Bucks at Langhorne Square. Those plans were recently approved by Middletown Township supervisors in July.
