One driver was killed and two others injured, including an infant, in an Oct. 2 two-car accident in Hilltown.
The accident happened shortly before 7 p.m. in the 1200 block of Diamond Street, when the driver of Porsche Cayenne traveling east on Diamond Street near Narothyn Road lost control of the vehicle, police said.
A preliminary investigation indicates the Porsche’s right-side tires went off the edge of the road and the vehicle then veered to its left where it struck a westbound Subaru Legacy, according to a Crimewatch post.

The unidentified 57-year-old Hilltown man driving the Porsche was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital at Grand View where he was pronounced
dead, police said.
The driver of the Subaru did not report injuries, but a woman in the front seat and an infant in a car seat in the rear seat were taken to St. Luke’s Hospital at Grand View for unspecified injuries, police said.
The exact cause of the accident remains under police investigation and police said they are looking at whether alcohol impairment was a factor in the accident, the post said.
