Wawa gas stations have been a major partner for electric vehicle charging sites, with over 280 locations offering EV charging through a number of partners.
Now, the Pennsylvania-based company is continuing
its EV growth with eight new Wawa-branded EV chargers coming to Pennsylvania.
“This move to testing Wawa branded chargers demonstrates our ongoing commitment to meeting our customers’ fueling needs—whether they require electric charging or traditional liquid fuels. By owning Wawa branded chargers, we are always striving to deliver a more seamless, reliable, and consistent experience and this allows us to provide more options throughout 14 states for our customers," Rich Makin, Wawa's senior vice president and chief fuel and development officer said in a recent press release.
The new chargers come through a partnership with Electrify America.
Previously, Wawa had worked with Tesla to establish self-branded EV chargersat four different store sites across their network, including two in Pennsylvania.

Wawa-branded EV charging stalls are expected to debut in the following locations this year:
- Store 268 – 5900 Bristol Pike, Bristol, PA 19007
- Store 266 – 7572 Schantz Road, Allentown, PA 18106
- Store 8021 – 1960 John Fries Hwy., Quakertown, PA 18951
- Store 8070 – 8240 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082
- Store 8062 – 1600 Egypt Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460
- Store 8083 – 1242 W. Baltimore Pike, Media, PA 19063
- Store 8220 – 164 Maynard Street, Williamsport, PA 17701
- Store 8109 – 413 Lancaster Avenue, Reading, PA 19611
