A Philadelphia man is behind bars without bail after he allegedly pulled a loaded gun on two coworkers, and then injured a police officer attempting to take him into custody.
Bensalem police responded Sept. 28 to a report of an armed man in the 1100 block of Northbrook Drive in the township’s Trevose section when they found the suspect, Wilson Robert, 40, sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Police were in the process of taking him into custody when he attempted to run from officers, the affidavit said. Police caught up with him and took him to the ground, but during a subsequent struggle Wilson allegedly kicked an officer in the face.

The officer was hit above his eye causing bruising, the affidavit said. No other injuries were reported involving police or civilians.
The victims alleged that Roberts pulled a revolver out of his pants and pointed it at a male coworker who was trying to speak with Roberts after he had a verbal confrontation with another female coworker.
A second male coworker then confronted Roberts, and he allegedly pointed the gun at him.
The affidavit did not say what the altercation between Roberts and the female employee was about.
Police later tested the firearm and it was fully functional, the affidavit said.
Robert was arraigned Monday night before District Judge Kevin Wagner on three felony charges of aggravated assault and related misdemeanors. Wagner denied him bail based on the charges and he was transferred to Bucks County Correctional Center.
As of Sept. 29 he had no legal representation listed on the court docket.
