Feeney’s, the beloved garden center whose spectacular Christmas décor was a must-see for generations of Bucks Countians, remains unsold.
The 5.5-acre property at 1134 Bustleton Pike in Lower Southampton remains available since it closed in January 2025.
A call to the listing agent, SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, was not immediately returned. An asking price was not mentioned in the listing.
Mike Italia, the township’s zoning officer, said there has been no serious buyer to his knowledge.
“Nothing. Only a couple nibbles. Nothing that’s impressive. We thought there might be a couple of buyers, but nobody’s followed through at this point, formally.”
Several potential buyers showed interest.
“One was a wedding venue,” Italia said, “another was like
a restaurant setup and bar, and I think another was self-storage.”
The land is zoned for heavy commercial.
Feeney’s was founded in 1954 by James Feeney as a roadside garden nursey. For more than 70 years it grew into a local retail anchor for gardeners and Christmas lovers, too. It had among the largest indoor displays of Department 56 Christmas snowbound holiday villages. It is still missed by its regulars who made Feeney’s a must-see during the holiday shopping season.
The property has a 20,500-square-foot former garden center and more than 13,000 square feet of greenhouses: There's also a 5,200-square-foot warehouse, a 3,100-square-foot barn and a 7,800-square-foot flex building leased to a martial arts school.

Some 69,000 vehicles travel past the property each day, it states.
