Police are concerned that a Feasterville man may have other victims after he allegedly exposed himself to a child, then told a relative that he was “educating” the girl.
Lower Southampton Police opened an investigation in September after they were notified about a possible sexual assault on a child under 10 years old.
The child allegedly told an adult that Derek Burket, 37, had shown her his penis earlier this year, according to a probable cause affidavit.

In an interview with a child forensic expert, the child disclosed that Burket allegedly had her touch his penis and put semen on his finger for her to ingest, the affidavit said. He also showed the girl adult videos, the affidavit said.
An adult relative of the victim told police that when confronted
about the girl’s accusations, Burket allegedly admitted them and that he was “educating” the girl, the affidavit said.
Burket was arraigned Oct. 19 before District Judge Daniel Baranowski on felony charges of corruption of minors and indecent assault. He was released after posting $75,000 bail.
His attorney, Michael Parlow, did not respond to an Oct. 21 email seeking comment.
Lower Southampton police are asking the public for any relevant information about Derek Burket to contact Detective Dan DiLello at 215-357-1235 extension 408.
