A Warminster man who uploaded hundreds of sexually-explicit images of children and created AI-images of a teenage neighbor whose clothing and underwear he stole is headed to state prison.
At an Oct. 14 court appearance, Bucks County Common Pleas Judge Stephen Corr sentenced Christopher L. O’Neill in separate, but related, cases to seven to 12 years in state prison, and one year of probation under a negotiated plea deal.
The judge also ordered O’Neill to have no contact with the victim and follow sex offender supervision restrictions.
O’Neill had pleaded guiltyearlier this year to three felony child-porn related charges and two misdemeanor theft-related
charges in the two cases. Prosecutors dropped felony burglary and criminal trespassing charges in one case and a felony misdemeanor child-porn related charge in the other case.
O’Neill, 47, was arrested last year after Bucks County Detectives allege he uploaded child sexual abuse material 31 times between September 2024 and May 2025, amassing nearly 700 images and videos of sexually-explicit content involving prepubescent boys and girls, according to the affidavit.
Detectives seized three cellphones belonging to O’Neill that contained nude images of children under the age of 10, including toddlers, engaging in sexual acts. Some of the children were bound, court documents said.
The day after O'Neill was arrested on felony charges in June 2025, a neighbor reported O'Neill was captured on their home security system entering their house and rummaging through laundry bags in their children's bedrooms, according to court documents.
When authorities executed a search warrant at O’Neill’s homethey found girl’s clothing and multiple pairs of girl's underpants, court documents alleged.
A forensic download of his electronic devices found AI-generated deepfake nude images of a “known” teenage girl. The girl's face was placed on the bodies of naked females in various poses including sexual acts, court documents said.
Multiple sexually graphic stories were also found involving O’Neill and the underage girl he made deep fake images of, and audio recording of her voice, authorities said.
O’Neill allegedly told investigators at the time he was in the process of removing the photos he uploaded to Google Photos, and that he “stumbled” across the material when on the so-called “Dark Web.”
