A Levittown man is accused of burglarizing the same Bensalem business twice this year, admitting to both break-ins after police arrested him hiding beneath a trailer outside the store July 25.
David Adamek, 42, is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, possession of an instrument of crime, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in connection with the investigation. Court records show that Adamek is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility after failing to post 10% of a $100,000 bail.
Bensalem Township police were called to Hot Deal Liquidation at 3150 Knights Road at 6 a.m. Saturday for a reported burglary in progress. The business had also been burglarized May 26.

When officers arrived, they found a door to the business open and searched the property. Police said they found Adamek hiding beneath the wheel well of a trailer near the loading dock.
According to investigators, surveillance video showed Adamek forcing his way into the building and triggering the alarm. Police said officers arrived quickly enough that he was unable to leave the property before being taken into custody.
During an interview with detectives, Adamek was allegedly found with items connected to the May burglary and admitted to committing both break-ins, police said.
Investigators said he also directed officers to the location of a safe that had been stolen during the burglary in May.
Adamek was arraigned Saturday before Magisterial District Judge Kevin Wagner. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 5.
