The Bucks County food and drink scene continues to provide us with new dining experiences to check out.
This fall, the latest additions include something for everyone from barbecue and cocktail pairings to a 1950s era-inspired sandwich shop.
Here's a look at what's new and coming soon to the Bucks County area.
The Still, Doylestown

The Still, Doylestown’s newest bar from the owners of The Hattery and the Doylestown Inn, held its grand opening on Sept. 5.
Located in the former Philly Pretzel Company spot, the space was entirely renovated to create a relaxed, yet stylish pub-style experience with a design that incorporates modern elements with nods to the past. A centerpiece is the large wall mural, created by New Hope artist Kenny Restrepo, based on a mid-century photo
of a bartender working at the inn’s original bar, “Jug in the Wall.”
Another distinct feature is the bar itself which is designed to provide indoor and outdoor seating thanks to an accordion folding glass wall that opens it up to the side alleyway.
Its scratch kitchen centers around barbecue with smoked wings and daily blackboard specials designed to complement its moonshine-on-tap and signature cocktails, all made with Pennsylvania spirits. Plans are in place to distill their own line of spirits in the future using a still they have showcased near the front entrance.

Freeway Steaks, Levittown
A new sandwich shop by Carolyn Perry and Anthony Zucchetti is coming to Levittown. Its owners, who previously had Over the Heel Boutique, have transformed that same space into a takeout restaurant with a late 50s-early 60s vibe.
Perry said she and her partner two have taken their many years of New Jersey restaurant experience — including Diamond’s Restaurant in Hamilton and its two other locations which had been in the Zucchetti family for 41 years — to craft a small but mighty menu with six customizable Philly and South Jersey favorites, like the pork roll and cheese or the Combination, made with ribeye, uncased sausage, cooper sharp, vidalia onions and tomato served on a 12-inch roll.
They aim to open in late October, but an exact date has yet to be set.

Social Corner, Warminster

A new café is opening in the former Oven Brothers location where they will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner centered around American favorites and specialty coffee drinks. Their menu includes items like burgers, chicken fingers, sandwiches made with pizza dough bread, pastries and desserts.
They are aiming for a soft opening this month with plans for a grand opening by early November.

The new venue features more than 30 pinball machines and arcade games, alongside a full kitchen menu, as well as cocktails, mocktails, wine and a gourmet milkshake bar.
Owner Chris Kinsey, a local father who wanted to create a fun and inviting space for people of all ages, said he aims to open Level Up by Thanksgiving.
