A Doylestown teenager is facing felony charges after another teenage coworker accused him of raping her at work earlier this month.
The 15-year-old girl reported that she was working at an undisclosed Quakertown business on Aug. 5 when she received text messages from Nilson Solano Ramos, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Ramos, 18, allegedly messaged the girl asking her to meet him in the bathroom because he wanted a kiss.
The girl alleged she entered the women’s bathroom shortly after 7:30 p.m. and Ramos entered and they started kissing, the affidavit said.
The girl alleged Ramos wanted to continue kissing, but she didn’t and tried to pull away. Ramos then allegedly put his hands on her and pulled her pants and underwear down.

pulled up her underwear but Ramos allegedly pinned her arms above her head using one arm and sexually assaulted her, the affidavit alleged. The girl said she kept closing her legs and telling the defendant no.
At some point, Ramos allegedly turned off the lights in the bathroom and raped her. During the assault the girl said she tried unsuccessfully to push Ramos off her.
The girl kicked him in the leg and he stopped, the affidavit said.
After the assault the girl told her mother who contacted police, the affidavit said.
Ramos was arraigned Aug. 5 before District Judge Regina Armitage on three felonies including rape and a misdemeanor charge of indecent assault.
He was transferred to Bucks County Correctional Center in lieu of $2 million bail and he had no legal representation as of Aug. 11, according to the public court docket.
