A New Jersey school athletic director is accused of peeping into the bedroom of a neighbor's underage daughter earlier this month.
Plumstead police were dispatched to a home on Split Log Drive in the Cabin Run development shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 6 for a report of an adult man peering into the girl’s bedroom window.
The incident was captured on a home surveillance system which the girl’s parents installed after a series of incidents involving an unidentified man knocking on his daughter’s window at night, an affidavit of probable cause said.

A neighbor, identified as Winfield “Tripp” Becker, 48, of Plumstead, was identified as the man in the video, police said. Becker allegedly is known to the family and girl.
He was charged by summons with
misdemeanor loitering and prowling and a summary charge of harassment. He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for next month.
His attorney, Tom Logan, did not immediately respond to an Aug. 18 email seeking comment.
Becker is the athletic director at the Hopewell Valley Regional School District, which serves about 3,400 students in central New Jersey. He has served in his AD role for more than a decade and has been placed on leave while the criminal case is pending, according to the district.
