- Fit Over 40 Women's Fit Fest: The YWCA of Corpus Christi will host its inaugural Fit Over 40 Women's Fit Fest at 4601 Corona Drive. The event is a functional fitness competition designed exclusively for women aged 40 and older. Participants will compete in either modified or elite divisions and navigate eight fitness zones designed to test their endurance, strength, mobility and overall fitness.
