Corpus Christi ISD's annual celebration of halftime performances returns this weekend.
The event is scheduled for Sept. 26 at Buc Stadium, 1 Battlin Buc Blvd. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and performances will start at 6:30 p.m.
Admission is free.
Each of the Corpus Christi Independent School District's high school marching bands and drill teams will perform:
- Miller High School Battlin Buc Band and High Steppers
- Moody High School Mighty Trojan Band and TJ Strutters
- King High School Mighty Mustang Band and Royalettes
- Carroll High School Tiger Band and Tigerettes
- Ray High School Texan Band and Tex-Anns
- Veterans Memorial High School Screaming Eagle Band and Starline Dance Team
Corpus Christi ISD middle school bands will also play.
The event will feature a special guest performance by the Javelina Marching Band from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
