The U.S. Postal Service temporarily relocated operations from the Roy Miller Post Office to another location due to building repairs on July 23.
According to a news release shared on the afternoon of July 23, operations and services previously offered at the post office location at 1340 S. Port Ave. have been moved to the Portairs Post Office at 4213 S. Port Ave.
The Roy Miller Post Office will be undergoing "necessary building repairs" until further notice. The news release states that the temporary relocation prioritizes the "safety of our customers and employees."
The Portairs Post Office's retail hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. The location is closed on Sundays.
