Halloween is just two weeks away, and anticipation for the holiday has been growing since August, when Spirit Halloween stores began popping up in August — a true marker that spooky season is upon us.
Now that fall fun has officially arrived in Knoxville, bars and breweries in the city are helping locals celebrate Halloween with themed pop-ups and holiday menus.
