Dolly Parton's music is filling Knoxville shops, where retailers are putting out special merchandise and tributes to help customers celebrate the Tennessee icon's life and legacy.
Knox News stopped by several boutiques and shops around downtown, where T-shirts, stickers, hats, mugs and even dish towels feature the "Queen of Country Music" or reference the beloved country star with butterflies, lyrics and signature Dolly-isms.
Parton died peacefully Aug. 25 at the age of 80, and fans have been gathering in Strong Alley to pay their respects at the Dolly mural just east of Market Square. If you're heading that way, stop by one of these shops and pick up a keepsake to remember the legend.

The drinking and dining portion of Alice in Appalachia is not
yet open after the business relocated to Gay Street, but the retail side of the business is up and running with a variety of Dolly-inspired merchandise, stickers, T-shirts and more celebrating the East Tennessee icon.
