Concord Christian's Paxon Dugger drills hole-in-one in Knoxville's Week 3 top performers

The 2026 TSSAA high school sports season continues with another week of competition in the Knoxville area.

Here are the top performers from Week 3 of the TSSAA fall sports season.

Aug. 31

Golf

Paxon Dugger, Concord Christian: Dugger, a freshman, hit a hole-in-one on course No. 7 at the Knoxville Municipal Golf Course against Berean Christian.

Soccer

Madi Bowlin, Bearden: Bowlin scored a goal in Bearden's 1-1 tie against Catholic.

Gabby Mendez, Catholic: Mendez scored in the 69th minute to draw 1-1 against Bearden.

Volleyball

Ella Edmonds, Sequoyah: Edmonds had a combined 16 kills and three digs across two losses to Bearden and Seymour.

Kara White, Sequoyah: White had 30 total assists and 13 digs.
