Former Tennessee softball star Kiki Milloy announced the birth of her daughter with former Tennessee basketball star Grant Williams on Oct. 11.
"Welcome to the world baby girl," Milloy wrote in a joint post with Williams on Instagram.
Milloy, who plays professionally for the Atlanta Smoke, and Williams got engaged in April. Milloy and Williams, who plays in the NBA for the Charlotte Hornets, visited their alma mater together last year and went to the Tennessee football game against ETSU together.
Milloy graduated in 2024 after a historic career with Tennessee. She set the program record for home runs in a single season (25) and runs scored (85) in 2023, both of which led Division I. She also set the career home run record as a senior with 69, breaking
the previous record of 57. The two-time NFCA All-American's historic season led the Lady Vols back to the Women's College World Series in 2023 for the first time since 2015.
Milloy was selected as the Knox News Sportsperson of the Year in 2023 after becoming the first softball player to be honored with the Tennessee Torchbearer award.
Williams, who played for the Vols from 2016-19, was a two-time SEC Player of the Year as a sophomore and junior, making him the first Tennessee player to win the award in back-to-back seasons since 1995. He became the only player in program history besides Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer Bernard King to win the award as an underclassman.
Williams was a first-round pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, selected No. 22 overall by the Boston Celtics. He has started in 101 of his 364 appearances for the Boston Celtics, the Dallas Mavericks and his hometown Charlotte Hornets.
