A development going up on Kingston Pike will bring a new Starbucks, an Edward Jones Investments branch and several medical offices to Farragut.
Plans for Kingston Pike Village, a four-building space by South Watt Road, also include Pacific Dental and a Covenant Health primary care doctor’s office.
According to Knox County records, an LLC, Kingston Pike Properties, owns the land for the development. Kingston Properties is listed as the developer for the project in planning documents from the town of Farragut.
Farragut’s planning commission approved a site plan for the project in August.
