For the 13th time, "College GameDay" is coming to Knoxville. ESPNannounced it would return to the lawn of Ayres Hall before the No. 13 Tennessee Volunteers take on the No. 1 Texas Longhorns.
Anticipation for Tennessee's first game of conference play has been steadily growing. The Manning family connections between the two schools means the excitement will reach a fever pitch by kickoff.
Volunteers legend Peyton Manning's nephew, Arch Manning, the quarterback of the Longhorns, will be playing in Neyland Stadium for the first time. Peyton even drove Vols fans crazy by saying he plans to root for Arch over his own alma mater.

to attend the "College GameDay" show should know.
Can you camp overnight for 'College GameDay'?
Fans are allowed to view the live show from a pit directly across from the "College GameDay" stage. Fans there to see the show will be selected to stand in the pit on a first-come, first-served basis, according to ESPN.
Students and fans are encouraged to arrive early, according to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, but overnight camping is not allowed.
In the past, when "College GameDay" has come to UT, the university has allowed fans to begin arriving at 6:30 a.m. for the 9 a.m. show start time.
What signs are and aren't allowed for 'College GameDay'?
Part of the fun of watching the live broadcast from the pit is making your own sign and seeing what fun signs others have brought, but there are some rules. So what signs aren't allowed on "College GameDay?"
- No vulgar signs
- No signs with ".com," ".net" or ".org"
- No political or religious signs.
- Signs cannot be oversized or on poles
All signs fans bring to watch "College GameDay" on the Ayres Hall lawn will be inspected before entry to ensure they abide by the sign policies. If signs don't adhere to the policy, they will be removed.
The more creative your sign, the better odds you have of getting on TV.
Signs are allowed, but there are a number of prohibited items in the "College GameDay" pit including any kind of bags, food, drinks, pens, pencils, markers and dry erase boards. Throwing objects in the pit is prohibited.
Who will be the guest picker for Tennessee vs. Texas?
"College GameDay" always invites a celebrity guest picker, usually with ties to the host school, to make predictions about the game. The guest picker for the Texas game is a mystery (for now).
During Week 3 of college football, "College GameDay" was in Oxford, Mississippi, prior to the Ole Miss vs. LSU game. The guest picker was Morgan Freeman, who was raised in Mississippi and still lives in the state.
The short list of best guesses for this week's guest picker includes Candace Parker, Kenny Chesney, and Petyon Manning, but it could be anyone famous.
The guest picker is usually announced the Wednesday or Thursday before game day.
How to watch 'College GameDay'
Get tickets to Tennessee vs. Texas
"College GameDay" airs from 9 a.m. to noon and is broadcast live on ESPN and ESPNU. The show is available for streaming on the ESPN app.
The first two hours of the show will air live from the Ayers Hall lawn, and the final hour will be inside Neyland Stadium. That's because "College GameDay" star Kirk Herbstreit will actually be an announcer for the game.
The game will air on ABC at noon.
