Dolly Rebecca Parton, in my opinion First Daughter of Tennessee, was one of the finest people to walk among us.She hated no one, embraced everyone, shared her talents with us and with the monetary gain of those talents she taught millions the importance of reading, donated millions to medically save lives and ran her businesses so her employees could achieve. She lived her faith by that love.
I was appalled to learn the hatred that seems to be enveloping our nation has spread to her in death. Her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame has been vandalized. It makes you wonder what type of deranged human would feel it necessary to do such a thing.
