Being small doesn't mean standing still. Preact has also been a leader in adopting modern state management patterns, most notably with its first-class support for Signals. Signals offer a fine-grained approach to reactivity, where updates happen at a component level without needing to re-render entire trees. This means applications can remain incredibly fast even as they become more complex.
