When we ask an LLM about the next decade, it's not looking into the future; it's analyzing all the data it has on current trends, expert opinions, and historical trajectories and projecting the most statistically likely outcomes.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that while some jobs with high AI exposure will shrink, more will be created, leading to a net gain of over one million roles by 2035. Recent data suggests the U.S. workforce is growing slowly, which, paired with AI-driven productivity gains, could lead to labor shortages in human-centric fields like healthcare even as administrative jobs are automated. The consensus is not necessarily mass unemployment, but a massive transformation requiring new skills and adaptation.
