CJP Issues 'Do's & Don'ts' For 'Chalo Sansad' March: Record Everything, Raise Only Positive Slogans

Cockroach Janata Party on Sunday, July 19, released a set of guidelines for supporters for the proposed 'Chalo Sansad' March. The CJP has announced 'Chalo Sansad' march on Monday in protest against alleged NEET irregularities and to demand the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The CJP has urged the participants to maintain discipline and ensure that the protest remains peaceful and non-violent.

The CJP has asked protesters to carry only the national flag, the Tiranga, and avoid any political or organisational symbols.Participants have also been encouraged to carry copies of the Constitution or images of prominent national icons such as Mahatma Gandhi, B.R. Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh, while raising only "positive slogans" like "Jai Hind" and "Inquilab Zindabad."

The guidelines further stress the importance of documentation, urging attendees to record proceedings on their phones, while maintaining a strictly peaceful and non-violent approach throughout the protest.At the same time, the CJP has issued a set of "don'ts" aimed at ensuring safety and discipline. Protesters have been advised to arrive prepared for the weather, avoid coming alone where possible, and report any untoward incidents to authorities and on social media.

The group has also cautioned against the misuse of the national flag and urged participants to respect the Flag Code.The Delhi Police has issued an advisory warning of heavy vehicular movement and restrictions around the Parliament complex. As per the advisory, special traffic arrangements have been put in place in the New Delhi Range, with commuters being asked to plan their journeys and allow extra travel time.Meawhile, the Delhi Police said that no permission has been sought or granted for any such protest march/procession by the Cockroach Janata Party. "Prohibitory order under Section 163 BNSS (erstwhile section 144 CrPC) is in force in the New Delhi District," the Delhi Police said.
