Kochi: The mortal remains of 20 killed in separate incidents, including the Iran war, arrived at Kerala’s Cochin International Airport on Wednesday (April 1). Notably, out of 20, nineteen Indians had died in separate incidents and natural deaths, but their bodies could not be brought back due to the ongoing Middle East conflict. Meanwhile, 37-year-old Santhanaselvam Krishnan was killed in a drone strike on a water desalination plant. Krishnan belonged to Tamil Nadu's Ramanathapuram district.In a post on social media, the ministry said the worker died following what it described as an Iranian strike on the facility. A service building at the site was also damaged. So far, eight Indians have been killed in the ongoing conflict in West Asia. One
person was also reportedly missing.
