Earlier, on November 11, a host of exit polls—including JVC, Dainik Bhaskar, Matrize, People’s Insight, Peoples Pulse, P-Marq, Chanakya Strategies, DV Research, and TIF Research—projected a clear victory for the BJP-JD(U)-led NDA, while indicating a setback for the RJD-Congress-led Mahagathbandhan.However, one exit poll by Axis My India predicted a close fight between the NDA and Mahagathbandhan, though it gave a slight edge to the saffron camp.The exit polls also suggested that the much-hyped Prashant Kishor-led Jan Suraaj Party may not be able to make a major impact and could win between 0–1 seat, with a maximum of 5 in the best-case scenario.
