private cricket development setups, aimed at giving emerging players access to professional-grade infrastructure.The initiative involves two full-size grounds located at Vadgaon (Sinhgad College) and Lonavala, both being upgraded to enable recognised domestic competitions.With the recent World Cup victory acting as a breakthrough moment for women's cricket in India, these facilities aim to have dedicated batches planned at concessional fees for budding female cricket stars. Powered with state-of-the-art facilities, the academy also ensures uninterrupted training, especially during the monsoon with incorporated indoor nets, alongside sports science support, conditioning facilities and residential accommodation for outstation athletes.
