Surat Builder Halts Traffic, Bursts Firecrackers For Son's Birthday - Arrested After Viral Video

real estate developer in Surat was arrested after a video showing him stopping traffic to burst firecrackers for his son's birthday went viral on social media. The incident happened on December 21 near Langar Circle in the Dumas area.Police identified the man as Deepak Ijardar, a 58-year-old builder and resident of Sultanabad.In the viral clip, Ijardar is seen holding firecrackers and stopping traffic near a local post office while celebrating his son's birthday.

Following the circulation of the video, Dumas police stepped in and arrested him.
