Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said preliminary checks of its internal systems found no record of formal complaints filed through its Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) or ethics channels in connection with the ongoing allegations at its Nashik unit. In a statement, CEO and MD K Krithivasan said the company’s initial review did not reveal any complaints matching the nature of the allegations now being reported.“While detailed reviews are still underway, a preliminary review of the systems and records pertaining to the Nashik unit indicates that we have not received any complaints of the nature that are being alleged on either our ethics or POSH channels," Krithivasan said.“As we have stated before, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards
any form of coercion or misconduct. We are focused on supporting our employees and ensuring a safe and respectful workplace across all our locations," the CEO added.
