With the Madhya Pradesh High Court granting permission for a second post-mortem in the death case of Twisha Sharma, Times Now has learned that the procedure is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday.Dr Sudhir Gupta, Chief of Forensic Medicine at AIIMS Delhi, constituted a four-member board of senior doctors with the approval of the institute’s Director.The medical board will conduct the post-mortem examination as per the High Court’s directive. a second post-mortem examination of Twisha Sharma by doctors from AIIMS Delhi, accepting a plea by her family. The plea regarding second post-mortem was rejected days earlier by a Bhopal court. Additionally, the court also directed a team of doctors from AIIMS Delhi to travel to Bhopal to conduct the procedure.Twisha was found hanging at her matrimonial home in Bhopal on May 12. Following her death, her parents accused her husband, Samarth Singh, and her in-laws of severely torturing her due to dowry demands.After hiding for about 10 days following her wife's death, Samarth Singh surfaced dramatically at a Jabalpur court on Friday and surrendered himself. He has been taken into custody by Jabalpur Police on Friday (May 22).
