Delhi: The swearing-in of Justice Surya Kant as Chief Justice of India (CJI) will be attended by Chief Justices and judges from seven foreign countries on Monday, November 24, sources said.Top Court sources added that this will be the first time a CJI’s swearing-in ceremony will witness the presence of such a wide array of dignitaries from abroad, including top judges from foreign higher judiciaries.More to follow...
