Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has reassured the public that there is no shortage of LPG cylinders in the country, even as global tensions continue. The company said it is delivering around 28 lakh LPG cylinders every day, and domestic supply remains stable and fully adequate across India.“IndianOil continues to ensure uninterrupted LPG supply to households across the nation. Delivering around 28 lakh LPG cylinders daily, operations remain steady and consistent with normal levels, even amid evolving geopolitical challenges,” the company stated on X.IOC urged people not to panic or start stockpiling cylinders. It confirmed that normal operations are running smoothly and there is no disruption in supply.

The company also warned people against believing rumours circulating on social media. It reminded everyone that filling petrol into bottles or open containers is both unsafe and illegal.“Adequate arrangements have been made to maintain steady availability, and there is no disruption in supplies. Hence, there is no need for any concern or panic,” IndianOil added. Domestic LPG consumers remain the top priority, and the company said the situation is being closely monitored to ensure smooth supply through authorised distributors.
