Showcasing ‘Telangana Rising’: State Gears Up for Global-Scale Victory Celebrations

Telangana’s formation, and its progress — showcasing them in a way that draws the world’s attention.On Friday, the Deputy Chief Minister held a review meeting with Government Advisor K. Keshava Rao at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Secretariat to discuss the arrangements for the Public Governance Victory Celebrations.He directed officials to design events that narrate Telangana’s journey — how the state was achieved, the milestones it has reached since formation, and what it aims to accomplish in the future — and to present these achievements to the global community.The Deputy CM said that investors are being invited to participate in these celebrations and that an environment conducive to signing major MoUs should be created. Referring to the Dubai Festival, which is held outside the city, he suggested that similar exhibitions could be organized in the Future City area of Telangana.He instructed that committees comprising senior and junior officers be formed, responsibilities be distributed as per plan, and the implementation be executed on time with quality.The Deputy Chief Minister further directed that the celebrations showcase the rejuvenation of the Musi River, the development of Hyderabad and Telangana, the rise of the Future City, and the growing industrial appeal of the state — projecting to the world the vision of what Telangana’s future will look like.
