The council for men affairs added, "Logic of Dog Gang Members: If Dog is biting you, then its your fault and you need to be slapped for that. Dear @CP_RajkotCity will you arrest this Kutta Premi Woman or instead you will also punish the victim who was bitten by the Dog and then slapped by the Dog Mother?" Vaghela requested the boy who was with the dog to be more careful around the lift lobby. Triggered by what she said, the dog's owner thrashed the woman and slapped her.
