In a shocking incident in Gujarat's Rajkot, a pet dog attacked a woman; however, instead of helping the injured woman, the dog owner blamed and slapped her. The incident was caught on CCTV, showing a woman resident waiting for a lift when the dog attacked her. The National Council for Men's Affairs shared the video on their social media, asking the authorities to arrest the dog owner for such an act. The incident happened in Surbhi Possible Flats, located on Rolex Road in the Kotharia area of Rajkot. “Owner of Dogs are more wild than their pet dogs. The council for men affairs added, "Logic of Dog Gang Members: If Dog is biting you, then its your fault and you need to be slapped for that. Dear @CP_RajkotCity will you arrest this Kutta Premi Woman or instead you will also punish the victim who was bitten by the Dog and then slapped by the Dog Mother?" Vaghela requested the boy who was with the dog to be more careful around the lift lobby. Triggered by what she said, the dog's owner thrashed the woman and slapped her.
