Amid the ongoing investigation into the death of 33-year-old Twisha Sharma, her mother alleged that Samarth prevented Twisha from leaving the house, while her mother-in-law, Giribala Singh, barred them from meeting their daughter."Samarth stopped Twisha from leaving, Giribala didn’t let us meet our daughter," Twisha's mother Rekha Sharma said at the mortuary, adding, "My daughter was always a good person and wherever she is now, she will still be the same for us."She further informed that Twisha was supposed to travel to Ajmer on the May 15, however, an argument broke out between her and Samarth over the trip."Samarth refused to let her go. Samarth Singh, with investigators trying to reconstruct the complete sequence of events surrounding Twisha’s death on May 12.According to Times Now sources, Samarth failed to provide convincing answers to several critical questions being asked by the SIT. Investigators are trying to find details of the 10 days he allegedly remained absconding after the incident. Police is trying to investigate, where Samarth stayed, who sheltered him and whom he remained in contact with during that period is crucial to the investigation.Among the questions posed to Samarth are details about how he and Twisha met, the nature of their marriage, his relationship with Twisha after marriage, and the equation between Twisha and his mother, Giribala.Meanwhile, the second post-mortem by the doctor of AIIMS Delhi is expected to play a critical role in determining the exact circumstances of Twisha’s death and could become a key piece of evidence in the ongoing investigation.
