Gade Sai Krishna Missing Case: FIR Against Suspended CI Nagaraju; YS Jagan Reddy Demands CBI Probe

The Gade Sai Krishna missing case has taken a significant turn with the registration of an FIR against suspended Circle Inspector (CI) Nagaraju. The FIR was registered at around 11 PM on Thursday following a complaint lodged by Sai Krishna’s mother, Gade Vijayalakshmi.Vijayalakshmi personally submitted her complaint to Vijayawada City Police Commissioner Rajasekhar Babu, seeking justice for her son. Based on her complaint, police registered crime against CI Nagaraju under Sections 127(4), 127(6), and 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with Section 238 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). A copy of the FIR was handed over to Vijayalakshmi, while Daiva Prasad has been appointed as the Investigating Officer.Meanwhile,

Andhra Pradesh former Chief Minister and YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy visited Sai Krishna’s residence in Krishnalanka on Wednesday and met his mother and family members. Alleging that Sai Krishna died in police custody, Jagan demanded a CBI inquiry into the case and strict action against all those responsible. He alleged that the case involved not only the suspended CI but also senior police officials, including the Vijayawada Police Commissioner and the State DGP.

Addressing the media, Jagan claimed Sai Krishna was taken into police custody on May 9 and that his mother was repeatedly denied information about his whereabouts. He alleged that despite several complaints to senior officials, no action was taken.

In a parallel development, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu met Vijayalakshmi at the CM Camp Office. She appealed for a thorough investigation into her son’s disappearance and justice for her family.
