Lakhisarai: As voting in the Bihar Assembly election phase 1 is underway on Thursday, a heated argument took place between Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha and RJD MLC Ajay Kumar in Lakhisarai area.The
argument broke out after RJD MLC Ajay Kumar accused Vijay Kumar Sinha of being a 'criminal' and alleged that he was trying to intimidate voters, while Sinha hit back, calling Kumar a 'failed leader' and 'drunk.'During the heated argument, Bihar Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha alleged RJD MLC of booth capturing when the latter gave a call to check Deputy CM's car.The argument flared up further when Vijay Kumar Sinha accused that the RJD MLC was drunk and was creating a scene."Daru peeke gunda kar rahe ho... yeh RJD ka MLC hai, daaru peke nautanki kar raha hai (This is RJD MLC who is drunk and is creating a scene here)."Hitting out at Vijay Kumar Sinha, RJD MLC said claimed that he (Deputy CM ) is losing the election therefore he was perplexing and puzzled "(Chunav har gaye toh bokhlahat hai)."
The Deputy CM further said, "Sabse bada gunda toh tum ho (You are the biggest criminal)".Rebutting him back, Ajay Kumar said, "Kabza hone ja raha the, nahi hone diye (Booth was about to be captured but he didn't let it happen)."The mid-poll drama continued further when Vijay Kumar asked that Ajay Kumar should be investigated to which he replied who is he to give order to investigate him.In another remark, Vijay Kumar Sinha said, " Dekhiye daaru peke mehek raha hai (See how drunk he was smelling)."

Bihar Deputy CM Inspects Polling Booth During Phase 1 Polling in Lakhisarai
Amid all this drama, Vijay Kumar Sinha, visited Nadiawan village to inspect a polling booth, where he alleged that RJD MLC Ajay Kumar Singh and Congress leader Sujeet Kumar (former JDU leader) were trying to capture the booth with the help of the local administration.Earlier in the day, a chaos broke out in Sinha’s constituency after he was convoy was attacked in Lakhisarai when slippers and stones were allegedly hurled and the crowd raised 'murdabad' slogans and blocked his vehicle.Speaking after Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha’s convoy was attacked, Munger DIG Rakesh Kumar said, “I am looking into the matter, and strict action will be taken against those responsible. The vehicle of Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha was attacked in a nearby village area. I am visiting the village myself and will take appropriate action accordingly. There has been no impact on the polling process for the elections."Additional Secretary of the State Election Department Madhav Kumar also issued a statement on the Lakhisarai incident and said, "The Election Commission has taken cognisance of the incident in Lakhisarai. District administration officials, police are present at the spot. The situation is peaceful now and action will be taken after the investigation..."
