Following the inspection, the notice was served on Supriya Mishra, in whose name the property is registered.Officials have warned that if no satisfactory reply is submitted within the deadline, further legal action may be initiated. This could include demolition proceedings if the construction is found to be unauthorised or in violation of building regulations.According to sources, Luv Kush Mishra purchased the land during his tenure at the Ram Mandir office. Official documents indicate that the land, located in the Mangsi Pargana area of Sohawal tehsil, was purchased on October 16, 2025, from Kamal Swaroop Singh for ₹8.8 lakh. The property is registered in the name of his wife, Supriya Mishra.
